The warranty is activated on the date of sale.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from shipment, which is the responsibility of the carrier.
It does not apply to any damage or defects that require replacement as a result of wear* from high usage by the
customer.
* “Wear items” are defined as parts which deteriorate over time as the machine is used and are not covered by
the warranty – these include, but are not limited to, rubber feed rollers and drive belts.
In the event of any warranty claim, the product must be returned to Magner International. All shipping costs
associated with the return of the product to Magner are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise
authorized by the warranty department prior to shipment. Claims will be processed and further instructions will
be given on the return or replacement of the item. A warranty return authorization (RA) number must be received
from Magner before returning any item.
THE ABOVE GUARANTEE IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF MAGNER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. MAGNER’S SOLE LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH DEFECT IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR AND
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS, AND MAGNER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
